terms and conditions
order processing
most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). orders placed on saturday and sunday will be processed the following monday.
shipping & delivery
orders are shipped and delivered on business days. most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date.
returns
within 30 days of delivery of shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from future professionals makeup academy, for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). any item received damaged or parts missing must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- any book in its original condition
- any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) VHS tape, DVD, or software program
- we cannot accept returns on student access certificates or makeup accessories. this includes brushes, eyelash curlers, lip palettes, brush cleaners, or storage jars.
we cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
shipping fees
united states (domestic)
shipping within the united states is a flat rate of $6.95 per order. any orders over $65 before shipping and taxes will receive free shipping (the shipping address must be located in the united states). additional fees may apply for expedited shipping
canada
shipping to canada is a flat rate of $11.95 per order.
international shipping:
international shipping is a flat rate of $43.00 per order.
student access certificates
payment
payment for student access certificates gives one student complete access to the future professionals makeup academy for 12 months per certificate. after the 12 months are over, access will be revoked. the student may continue on with the academy for an additional subscription fee.
refunds
no refunds will be issues for purchased certificates.
